Lana….Lana….LANA!!!!!! Danger Zone. The newest vehicular destruction game from the original creators of Burnout and Criteron Games co-founders, Fiona Sperry and Alex Ward. It’s a genre that makes you wonder, why haven’t more people made these types of games?
The Danger Zone, has players take the role of a crash test dummy able to utilize over twenty (20) different scenarios and crash all over them while trying to collect points and bonuses. The announcement was made earlier today that the game will release later this month. Check out the trailer for the upcoming crash-fest below.
Danger Zone is set to release for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on May 30th and will feature single player and leaderboards for fans to compete with their friends. It will carry an MSRP of $12.99. Not bad at all for crashing a ton of cars into each other.
Quake Champions is currently undergoing beta for id Software and Bethesda’s next entry in the storied and popular arena shooter franchise. This time the game focuses on several different champions with varying personalities to draw players in and develop a favorite.
At the base of it though, the game is still a power-up fueled gore fest of blowing heads up and all that fun jazz that made our childhoods great. Being the first main entry in the franchise since 2005’s Quake 4 is a big deal. The developers have also promised that the game will not be released on consoles. Ah well, console fans. Ghost Recon fans prepare for a battle. The newest DLC for Ghost Recon: Wildlands, Fallen Ghosts is set to release later this month and will take place after the fall of the Santa Blanca cartel. This means, this is the first content that occurs to our ragtag group of misfit ghosts after the main story arc.
The content will come boasting with new missions that will have players extracting the last remaining American citizens and CIA members in Bolivia. Meanwhile, Unidad have enlisted the remaining cartel and gang members to form, Los Extranjeros. A brutal special forces unit tasked with eliminating every last American agent.
The main content will come bolstered with new enemies, fifteen (15) missions including bosses across three areas, six new weapons, and a level cap raise from 30 to 35, including new skills to unlock. Oh and there is a god damn Crossbow. Yeah.
Ghost Recon: Wildlands- Fallen Ghosts will be available to season pass holders on May 30th and everyone else on June 6th for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
